As originally reported by SpoilerTV.com, SmackDown drew an average of 2.561 million P2+ viewers across its two hours on 7 July. The show also hit a P18-49 rating of 0.76, which was enough for it to top the night's nightwork television rankings.

The P18-49 rating was SmackDown's highest since Christmas 2020, when the show enjoyed an unusually stronger lead-in from an NFL broadcast. Beyond that, you have to go back to 28 February of the same year to find such a number.

SmackDown's 18-49 rating was up 10.1% from the previous week. In the Wrestling Observer Daily Update, Dave Meltzer writes that SmackDown not only topped television rankings for Friday, but the week as a whole. Meltzer writes that this may be the first time in history that a professional wrestling show has ever done this on network television. Certainly, it never happened in the days of Hulk Hogan, or the Attitude Era.

Dominated by the Bloodline's Tribal Court segment, SmackDown's second quarter performed particularly well, drawing 3.070 million P2+ viewers and a 0.94 rating in P18-49.
