That's from the woman herself, who responded with a simple"No frien' " when asked by a fan in response to her Instagram promotion of an upcoming Wrestlecon appearance.

Naomi (real name Trinity Fatu) has been away from WWE since May, having walked out of a Raw episode, leaving their Women's Tag Team Titles on then-Head of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis' desk. WWE handed both of them indefinite suspensions and stripped them of their belts in the days following their walkout.

The comment marks the first solid indication that Fatu is definitively out and out for good. Her last match for the organisation was a May 15th defence of the belts alongside 'The Boss' against Natalya and Shayna Baszler. The two were slated to compete as singles wrestlers in an elimination match for Raw Women's Championship contendership ahead of departing the show. Banks formally parted ways first, debuting as Mercedes Moné for New Japan Pro Wrestling at WrestleKingdom 17 on January 4th 2023. She went on to win the IWGP Women's Championship on at Battle In The Valley on February 19th.
