WWE officially added two new title matches to the upcoming WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view on Friday's 'Throwback' episode of SmackDown.

Rey and Dominik Mysterio will meet Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode ('dem Dirty Dawgs) for the SmackDown Tag-Team Titles on the 16 May show. The Mysterio clan could become the first ever father and son tag champs in WWE history if they win the belts.

Cesaro has also now been confirmed as the next challenger for Roman Reigns' Universal Title - returning guest Teddy Long announced that the popular babyface would get his shot if he managed to overcome WrestleMania 37 foe Seth Rollins in a rematch.

The 'Swiss Superman' won that match, which means he rolls onto Backlash and has his first 'World Title' pay-per-view clash in the company as a result.

Other confirmed matches include Bobby Lashley defending the WWE Title against Drew McIntyre and Braun Strowman in a bumper Triple Threat, Bianca Belair vs. Bayley for the SmackDown Women's Title, and another three-way pitting Raw Women's Champ Rhea Ripley against Charlotte Flair and Asuka.

That makes five matches in total. Expect WWE to add a few more on TV next week.
