Last night's WWE Raw kicked off with a literal bang, as Bobby Lashley and Braun Strowman did battle in a brief Last Man Standing clash that took them all over the arena floor.

The burly duo eventually made it to the top of the ramp. While up there, Strowman tackled his opponent through a big segment of the LED boards. It collapsed, they fell through, and a pyrotechnic explosion erupted, prompting "holy sh*t!" chants from the crowd, the same from Corey Graves, before Braun and Bobby were taken away in ambulances.

No repairs were made to the stage and the gaping hole remained throughout the night. Could this be part of WWE's plans to redesign their TV set? WrestleVotes seem to think so:-

It's hard to imagine anyone being upset about such a change. WWE's overall presentation has felt stale for years, and any changes to Raw and SmackDown's general aesthetic should be welcomed. The current stage designs are fine but they've been around for close to three years now, and with almost every event looking the exact same, it's time for a fresh lick of paint.
