Rating: **½

YOSHI-HASHI is tired. Clearly hurting from the gruelling schedule, he's several levels below the fired-up performer that opened the tournament with a surprisingly great clash with Togi Makabe. His fatigue, coupled with a match layout that deliberately suppressed his trademark fire, made for another skippable 2 August bout.

Jay White was strong in his role again. Constantly barking at his CHAOS stablemate throughout, his character filled the building in a way that would've been unimaginable at the start of the year.

'Switchblade's' post-tournament direction is incredibly intriguing, particularly after his big victory over Kazuchika Okada, with his leadership charge likely carrying the splintered faction towards Wrestle Kingdom.
