9. Captain New Japan & Yoshi Tatsu Vs. Jado & Gedo

Result: Jado makes Captain New Japan tap to the Crossface (5:40).

Rating: This was a totally standard bout that did nothing to stand out among the stacked card, and the crowd knew it, which meant it never really stood a chance of being anything above mediocre. It was full of lengthy rest holds and failed to pick up any significant momentum, but at least it didn't hang around long nor did it take itself the slightest bit seriously.

When you've got two bookers fighting two comedy acts, it's hard to be much invested in the outcome, and so this one just sorta...happened. Nothing to see here.
