3. IWGP Tag Titles: The Briscoes (c) Vs. Yujiro Takahashi & Hangman Page

Result: Mark takes Page out with a Doomsday Device to retain the titles (15:21).

Rating: This one was brutal from the opening bell, with intense high-flying moves from the Briscoes, and it took just two minutes for Page to use one of the tag titles as a weapon.

Some really rough-looking spots added a ton of brutality to this one, and Mark Briscoe was his usually crazed, reckless self for the entirety. Highlights saw Page damn-near killing Mark with a savage DDT and some electric top-rope double-team work, but Mark proved overall just how insanely resilient he can be.

This one was given plenty of time to breathe and all four guys turned out a consistent workrate for the build. It could've really gone either way, but the right guys won. It's just a shame the crowd weren't all that into it which kinda muted the atmosphere.
