NXT standout Dragon Lee will officially make his in-ring SmackDown debut on next week's episode of blue brand fare - he'll go one-on-one with Austin Theory following a confrontation at ringside on this week's edition.

Lee was spotted in the front row on the show, then got into a shouting/shoving match with Theory following Austin's short win over forgotten man Cameron Grimes. Later, Dragon was stopped by event security when he tried to save the LWO from a beatdown at the hands of Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits.

A possible six-man tag (Lee, Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar vs. Lashley and The Profits) was suggested too, and it looks likely to happen come Fastlane next weekend. WWE hasn't quite made that bout official though.

WWE higher-ups are reportedly sold on Dragon Lee as a key addition to the main roster. He's been heavily featured on NXT and Raw recently, so some SmackDown spotlight is a natural follow-up step. Lee's first scrap vs. Theory should give fans an indication of just how serious Triple H and his creative team are about the masked man.
