NXT TakeOver: Philadelphia - Every Match Ranked From Worst To Best

The best NXT main event in a long time.

NXT once again set the bar high on a WWE pay-per-view weekend with another riveting TakeOver show, which delivered the incredible drama, storytelling and insane athleticism fans expect while setting up some hugely exciting matches for the New Orleans show before WrestleMania.

Though one title match fell more than a little short of the mark, the two most anticipated bouts met or exceeded expectations, with the NXT Title main event proving to be one of the brand's strongest matches from at least the last year, if not more.

It may not have been an all-timer NXT PPV overall, but it delivered above and beyond where it really mattered, and continues to cement NXT as a refreshing alternative to WWE's oft-infuriating booking and, well, the inevitably of Roman Reigns becoming the Most Powerful Wrestler Ever when he beats Brock clean for the strap at Mania.

Between this, NJPW's New Beginning in Sapporo and the Royal Rumble, it's one hell of a weekend to be a wrestling fan...
