NXT TakeOver: WarGames once again proved just how fantastic the brand is at serving up consistently entertaining shows, especially compared to WWE's generally sloppier main roster PPVs. If Survivor Series manages to have a showing even remotely this strong, it'll be a major win for everyone.

WarGames did everything a great show should: it delivered on the promise of its upper-tier bouts, ushered in some promising (and surprising) new champions, and sewed a number of compelling seeds for the future. Above all else, it leaves one excited and intrigued for what's to come from the brand.

As with most NXT PPVs, there wasn't a dud match among the bunch, and whether you were craving technical mastery, a brutal battle of the bulls, a fiercely-contested title bout or a straight-up car crash, WarGames had a little of everything for everyone.
