It looks like PAC's first defence of his new AEW All-Atlantic Championship will take place on the other side of its eponymous ocean.

Leading British independent group Revolution Pro Wrestling have announced a title fight pitting PAC against New Japan Pro Wrestling star Shota Umino for Sunday 10 July in Sheffield, England.

RevPro tweeted the following on Saturday:-

It'll be the first time PAC has put the gold on the line since becoming an AEW title-holder for the first time at Forbidden Door (26 June), where he defeated Miro, Malakai Black, and Clark Connors in a match to crown the first All-Atlantic Champion. In addition, this will be PAC's first match in his native United Kingdom since December 2019, when he faced Michael Oku also for RevPro.

Constantly travelling between the UK (where he lives) and United States has hindered PAC's AEW schedule since signing. This was particularly true at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when 'The Bastard' couldn't travel as often as he may have liked, rendering him inactive for eight months at one point in 2020.

His opponent, Umino, delivered a breakout performance at Forbidden Door, starring in a trios match pitting himself, Eddie Kingston, and Wheeler Yuta against Chris Jericho, Sammy Guevara, and Minoru Suzuki. The 25-year-old has been on excursion with RevPro since departing his native Japan in September 2019.
