Will WWE's last big four PPV bring brand warfare on 18 November?
WWE's current pay-per-view bloat means you could be forgiven for forgetting that Survivor Series is only a month and a half away (18 November), with Super Show-Down (6 October), Evolution (28 October), and Crown Jewel (2 November) all to come before then, but it looks like WWE's plans for 2017's last 'Big Four' event are coming together.
According to the usually reliable WrestleVotes, WWE will not approach this show with the usual brand warfare theme. There may well be a handful of Raw vs. SmackDown bouts, but they won't be given the same focus they had in 2016 and 2017, with a weaker promotional push.
On top of this, the same source claim a traditional 5-on-5 elimination match pitting Team Baron Corbin vs. Team Kurt Angle for control of Monday Night Raw could be on the cards.
Such a bout would be in-line with current angles, as Corbin recently replaced Angle as (temporary) General Manager, making it an easy story to put together. There's currently no word on which specific wrestlers would be involved in this.
Shawn Michaels has also been linked with a potential singles bout against The Undertaker on 18 November, but that is entirely speculative at the moment.
