It's back to NXT for Butch.

Triple H might let Shawn Michaels ditch that name too. A return to 'Bruiserweight' beginnings would motivate Pete Dunne, especially if HBK then informed him he'd be taking the NXT Title from main roster-bound Ilja Dragunov in early-2024. That'd be a step up from what Dunne is doing with Ridge Holland on SmackDown.

The Brawling Brutes experiment has come to a natural end, and it's time to let Pete do what he does best: Wrestle, wrestle and wrestle some more. He's been UK Champ and NXT Tag Champ, but Dunne has never held the third brand's big one.

Time to change that.
