PWI Top 500 Wrestlers Of 2019 - Top 10 Names REVEALED
1. Seth Rollins
Is there a luckier man in the entire world than Seth Rollins. In just a few short weeks, the man has beaten Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship, become one half of the WWE RAW Tag Team Champions, gotten engaged to a woman who (by his own admission) is far too good for him, been crowned UpUpDownDown Champion and, now, tops the PWI500 for the second time. Becoming one of only a handful of men to ever achieve that last one.
No doubt, Rollins has been the main beneficiary of Roman Reign's regrettable illness, WWE anointing him their top babyface just in time for the 2019 Royal Rumble and subsequent WrestleMania. While it definitely felt long overdue to give him another run with the top belt, his subsequent feud with Baron Corbin and, let's face it, Lacey Evans, rendered the whole thing a bit of a disaster. However SummerSlam's hard reset, and the level of opponent waiting for him in the Beast's absence, gives hope for a banner year.
Ultimately WWE is the top game in town and Rollins has, over the last 12 months, been its top guy. Whether or not he retains this position it really up to him, but steering him more towards the Styles, Bryans and Andrades of the roster will help a lot more than the Corbins and the Lesnars.
