14. Cody Rhodes Vs. The Big Show (WrestleMania 28)
While the opening match was a short-sighted farce that enraged fans like nothing else, booking Show vs. Rhodes to be so abbreviated wasn't the most satisfying decision either. After weeks of Rhodes mocking Show's underwhelming WrestleMania resume (including pointing out that he'd spent WrestleMania 18 entertaining kids at WWF New York), you'd think they'd make Show's win as gratifying as humanly possible. Instead, it was a routine, but far from terrible, five-minute match that felt more at home on an episode of Smackdown than at the biggest event of the year. Show won cleanly with the WMD following little build-up, and would reign for only four weeks. Rhodes' near-eight month reign (an eternity in this era) was squandered as an afterthought.
