Following weeks of denials by Trips - which according to WWE forced 'Taker to cut all his hair off - the pair eventually agreed to a Hell In A Cell bout (with Shawn Michaels as the guest referee) on the Grandest Stage of Them All to end the era once and for all.

That match turned out to be a dramatic work of art as the pair battered each other with everything they had in an exceptional bout that was outshone only by the storytelling.
