Ah, the Russoriffic WrestleMania.

WrestleMania 15 was highlighted by the first of three Rock/Steve Austin Mania main events, but it also included possibly the worst Hell in a Cell match ever, a women’s title match involving Sable, ridiculous shenanigans involving D-Generation X, and odd booking from Vince Russo.

Throw in the Brawl for All “match” between Bart Gunn and Butterbean and you have a trainwreck of a PPV.

Rock/Austin was a pretty good main event, but they’d have better matches, even later that year, so it wasn’t enough to save WM 15.
