Some may be shocked to see IC Champ Shinsuke Nakamura so low on this rankings list. The truth is that he's still unconvincing in WWE, and that doesn't look like it'll ever change; clearly uncomfortable with the promo-heavy style, Shin has been handed Sami Zayn as a stick man to help sell his storylines.

Zayn comes as part of the package, but it's one that's dangerously close to being unwrapped and returned to sender by WWE's creative team.
