If The Wrestling Observer's rumblings are to be believed, former 205 Live man Humberto Carrillo is set to become SmackDown's top Hispanic star. That's presumably the reason why he's been paired up with Rey Mysterio on Mondays: WWE want Carrillo to learn from the best.
