This was a real opportunity for WWE to try something different. Instead, New Day will revert back to their pancake-tossing ways on the blue brand, and Kofi Kingston will be forced to live some unspoken amnesia story about what happened to him on the FOX debut.

Honestly, it was time for WWE to give the childish antics of this group a break. They didn't need to book a strict split, but a break would've been welcome.
