Oh dear. How the mighty have fallen.

Before Hell In A Cell and this feud with Bray Wyatt (one WWE are stuttering their way through), Seth Rollins would've easily been considered a top three pick at worst. Now, he's #11 on this list, and not without merit. Also, why are WWE putting Bray on SmackDown if this feud must continue? Cross-pollination between brands sounds messy, and doesn't exactly support a firm roster split.

Being damn good in-ring is the only thing saving Seth from being lower.
