Ranking Every WWE World Title Reign After Money In The Bank Cash-Ins - From Worst To Best

4. Daniel Bryan - 2011

Much like Punk's second cash-in and title reign, Daniel Bryan's run as champion after taking advantage of a prone champion saw the long-time favourite begin a heel turn that would truly resurrect his career in World Wrestling Entertainment. Bryan defeated Big Show for the title in late 2010, after claiming for months that he would wait until WrestleMania to cash the briefcase in.

Bryan went back on his word, but his motivations were understandable. When would such an opportunity present itself again? Bryan held on to the title for 105 days, and whilst he didn't manage to defend it cleanly a whole lot of times defend it he did, with his celebrations growing wilder as the power went to his head.

Bryan defended the title in a steel cage as well as in the Elimination Chamber, albeit an Elimination Chamber match that was decidedly lacking in viable challengers. It is an often overlooked irony that his reign came to an end so humiliatingly at WrestleMania XXVIII, the very event at which he had promised to cash the briefcase in in the first place.
