27. 1994 - King Of The Ring

A rotten show saved only by a quality Bret Hart/Diesel match in the middle, WWE's peddling of the "New Generation" was undone by a p*ss poor comedy main event between Jerry Lawler and Roddy Piper and Art Donavan stopping just short of asking where the toilet was live on commentary.

Owen Hart was an awesome winner as a sequel to Bret's victory a year prior, but his best match ran less than five minutes and ultimately failed to establish him as a money-drawing challenger.
