Triple H battled Kane at WrestleMania XV in a match that was more about the leader of D-Generation X's ongoing rivalry with Chyna - who had defected to The Corporation - and less about any personal vendetta he had with The Big Red Machine. The match was as drab as you might expect from a bout involving those two guys. That is, when the overbooking from Vince Russo was not in full effect. Chyna's involvement turned all attention from the two Superstars inside the squared circle to her, and the result was Kane winning by disqualification after a vicious unprotected chair shot from Triple H. Not much of a traditional match, the contest is better described as a contrived, overly-long angle between two guys who have wrestled each other a billion times without really demonstrating anything in the way of in-ring chemistry.
