3. 2019 - Cody, AEW Double Or Nothing

Love Cody, but the reason he provided - breaking the throne symbolised his intent to be more than just an executive - didn't convince. He broke said throne with a sledgehammer. He knew what he was doing, and what he was doing was an awesome symbolic gesture that crotch-chopped the monopoly.

It was the perfect entrance made at the perfect time. A flexing, iconic statement of intent, it was substantiated - perfectly - by the shift he put in over the next transcendent 25 minutes.

He advanced Triple H's style of match, and elicited more genuine emotion than his exec counterpart ever did at a WrestleMania.
