Real Reason Seth Rollins Is Off WWE TV (WWE News)

The ongoing absence of Seth Rollins from WWE television is due to "creative" reasons. In other words, the writing team and upper management didn't have much else for Seth following his World Heavyweight Title match loss to old Shield buddy Roman Reigns at SummerSlam earlier this month.
So, he's been sitting on the sidelines whilst everyone figures things out.
WrestleVotes revealed this during a Q&A session, calling the Rollins sabbatical "a simple break". However, the website also reports that Seth will likely be back in time for Money In The Bank on 10 October. They added: "He won’t be out long. Don’t think it’s this week or next week, but around Money In The Bank or so".
If true, then it looks like there's a solid chance that Rollins will be one of the men featured in the titular ladder match designed to build a future World Title/WWE Title challenger. He doesn't really have anything else going on in terms of story, so a one off MITB tilt and leaning on his star power may be the best bet.
It's either that or WWE's creative team starts a completely fresh feud for 'The Architect' that comes out of left field, but MITB qualification then inclusion looks more likely.
Seth bumped fists with Roman after putting the 'OTC' over at SummerSlam. Both seemed to close the book on The Shield, at least for now. He'll reportedly be back in the mix over the next month or so. Fans should watch this space!
