The latest IMPACT Wrestling tapings have brought with it numerous reports of both new and returning names to the promotion, with a report from over the weekend stating that Heath (Slater) made his return from injury over the weekend, as reported by Fightful Select.

Heath has been sidelined since October, suffering a series of injuries during last year's Call Your Shot gauntlet match at Bound For Glory. A sports hernia on the left side of his pubic bone, another hernia on the right of his body, and a rip to both sides of his abdomen wall have kept the former 'One Man Band' out of action. His last appearance came in November, being laid out by Eric Young and Joe Doering.

There's no word on what, exactly, Heath got up to at the tapings, though he presumably saved Rhino in some capacity. With the duo previously aligned, Rhino would join Violent By Design in Heath's absence, being kicked out of the group last Thursday.

Heath and Rhino had previously been aligned in WWE, where they were the inaugural SmackDown Tag Team Champions.

The news of Heath's return joins reports of Christopher Daniels, Alex Zayne, and Awesome Kong, among others, also being in attendance in varying capacities.
