Report: WWE Creative Has Nothing For Raw Star
WWE creative has nothing significant cooking for this Raw wrestler at the moment...
It sounds like absent WWE Raw wrestler Veer Mahaan has fallen victim to one of the company's old chestnuts: "creative has nothing for you, pal."
Fightful Select reports that there are currently no "significant imminent creative plans" for the former Indus Sher man at the moment, though this could change in an instant.
Mahaan has seen his Raw appearance rate dip immensely over the past few months. Reintroduced to main roster audiences following WrestleMania 38 in April, Veer was initially locked into a feud with Rey and Dominik Mysterio, beating both on multiple occasions. This felt like it was cut-off without proper resolution, however, with the feuding parties' final match (a singles clash pitting Mahaan against Rey) playing out on Raw's 13 June episode.
Since then, Veer has wrestled only two more Raw matches: a 27 June battle royal and a squash of jobber Beaux Keller on the 15 August episode. The 34-year-old hasn't even kept a regular Main Event schedule since then, having appeared only once on the C-show since 'Mania.
Veer's last house show match was a 14 August victory over R-Truth.
Pre-return, Mahaan had been the subject of one of the longest vignette campaigns in wrestling history, with six months passing between his first hype video's November 2021 airing and his April comeback.
