Much like many fans had correctly predicted that Cody Rhodes would win the men's 2023 Rumble, plenty had given Ripley the nod when it came to their pick for the women's Rumble bout.

While Rhodes entered the men's contest at #30, it was the complete opposite for Rhea. In the women's Rumble, the Judgment Day powerhouse entered at #1, lasting one hour, one minute and three seconds before last eliminating Liv Morgan to win the match and earn herself a shot at the Raw Women's Title or SmackDown's Women's Championship at WrestleMania 39.

During this impressive performance, Ripley scored a total of seven eliminations, tossing out B-Fab, Chelsea Green, Michelle McCool, Raquel Rodriguez, Asuka, Morgan and being one of several stars to play a part in eliminating the returning Nia Jax.

It's also worth noting that Liv Morgan was another who was in the Rumble match for the entire duration, entering at #2 and eventually being the last person eliminated from the over-the-top-rope offering.

As it stands, the current title holders who will be in Rhea Ripley's crosshairs are Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair - who successfully retained that prize over Alexa Bliss elsewhere at the Royal Rumble - and SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair, who the Australian previously battled at WrestleMania 36.
