With Samuray Del Sol coming under fire this week for misspelling Jon Huber's name on social media, there's now an update on the former Kalisto having heat with some in AEW.

For those who missed it, Del Sol took to Twitter to say how he "prayed and talked to John" prior to his appearance on AEW Dynamite this Wednesday. Chris Jericho was quick to point out how the two-time WWE United States Champion had spelt Jon's name incorrectly, with Jericho's comment getting the support of Amanda Huber.

Speaking on the Bryan and Vinny Show, Bryan Alvarez noted how Jericho's response was due to Del Sol's initial tweet causing Amanda to become "very, very upset" and how all of this had irked certain other people in AEW.

In addition to this, the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Amanda was angry because Samuray Del Sol was not a friend of her or the dearly missed Brodie Lee. As such, Del Sol was seen as merely namedropping here. The Observer also reported that the Hubers hadn't heard from Samuray for several years.

When Del Sol was being called out on Twitter initially, some were quick to point out how Miro had incorrectly spelt Brodie as "Brody" at the time of Jon's passing. In that case, this wasn't viewed as an issue as Brodie was a stage name rather than Jon's real name. Also, Miro is said to have been in almost daily contact when Jon was ill, and he was regularly checking on Amanda and her children.
