Scott Steiner is one of the most unique characters in wrestling. He's not afraid to speak his mind and he's at it again because he recorded a video where he challenged Hulk Hogan to have a $1 million fight with him. The video comes from WrestlingInc and it shows Steiner ranting about Hogan while also tossing $100 bills at the camera to show that he's doing just fine financially. Steiner's challenge is for Hogan to try to bodyslam him at a June 7 wrestling event at the New York Mets baseball Shea Stadium. His reasoning is that Hulk Hogan's most famous moment in his career was when he bodyslammed Andre the Giant at WrestleMania 3. Keep in mind that this was during a worked pro wrestling match in 1987, but Steiner wants Hogan to try to legitimately do it. Here's one of the quotes from Steiner: "June 7th, New York City, I'm saying you can't slam me, and I'm putting up a million dollars of my own money saying you can't. You don't have to beat me, you have to slam me. But once you step through those ropes, I'm going to beat you up punk!" It's hard to really know what Steiner is thinking with this, but Steiner had an issue with Hogan's wife Jennifer at an airport during WrestleMania weekend, which we detailed shortly after the incident. Apparently Steiner was ranting something about Hogan that she thought was threatening. It led to Steiner getting banned from WWE's Hall of Fame ceremony although it's likely that he wasn't going to be there anyway. Steiner also ripped on Hogan repeatedly while they were in TNA with most of Steiner's rants coming on Twitter. Will Hogan respond to this? It's unlikely Hogan has a lot of money and there's very little chance that he would confront Steiner in a public setting or taking him up on this ridiculous challenge. Steiner had a great career both as a tag wrestler with his brother Rick and as a singles star in WCW's final days, but he's also something of a loose cannon too. https://youtu.be/LtyqHfWgwjM
