The WWE Title will be on the line at the Money in Bank PPV on June 14 as Seth Rollins defends the gold against Dean Ambrose. It's a rematch from Sunday's Elimination Chamber event where Ambrose won the WWE Title match by disqualification, but Rollins was able retain the title. Ambrose ended up leaving with the title in his possession because of the false finish that took place in the match. Now he'll get another shot when the WWE Title hangs above the ring and the only way to get it is to use a ladder to bring it down. They set up the match on Raw with Roman Reigns speaking for Ambrose, saying that he wanted a Ladder Match for the WWE Title. Rollins agreed to it because he wants to show the world why he's the WWE Champion. Ambrose didn't appear on Raw until the end of the show where he once again got the upperhand on Rollins and left with the WWE Title once more. What a Ladder Match also sets up is interference during the finish. Rollins could get some help from his buddies Kane, J&J Security and Big Show as a way to retain the gold. They could also book it as an event match where Rollins legitimately wins it without anybody's help as a way to prove he's a deserving champion. Either way would work and it seems likely that Rollins will find a way to hold on so he can face Brock Lesnar in the near future. Here are the other matches currently advertised for Money in the Bank: John Cena vs. Kevin Owens - It's a rematch from Elimination Chamber. Owens won that match in impressive fashion. Money in the Bank contract Ladder Match - Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton vs. Sheamus vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Neville. There will be more than six people in the match according to WWE, but that's all we know for now. That's it for now, just three matches. Based on things that happened on Raw it appears as though Ryback will defend the Intercontinental Title against the returning Big Show. It also seems like the Tag Team Titles match will be The New Day defending against the Prime Time Players. With Money in the Bank set to take place in less than two weeks on June 14, it will be important for WWE to announce more matches this week on Smackdown as well as next week's TV shows because that's all the time they have to build it up. Lucky for them, fans love Money in the Bank and with a multi-man Ladder Match plus Rollins vs. Ambrose we should get two classics involving he ladders as well as another great Cena/Owens match that is lined up.
