Next week's NXT was taped last night ahead of Stand & Deliver.
With next week's episode of NXT taped last night, there's now word on what will go down on next week's showing and what that will mean for the line-up of Stand & Deliver. It goes without saying, but there are spoilers from here on out...
As per PWInsider.com, the results for the 28 March episode of NXT read as follows:
- Axiom won a battle royal to qualify for Stand & Deliver's North American Title five-way match. This battle royal also featured Apollo Crews, Jinder Mahal, Dijak, Dabba-Kato, Odyssey Jones, Drew Gulak, Charlie Dempsey, Edris Enofe, Malik Blade, Javier Bernal, Xyonn Quinn, Quincy Elliot, Oro Mensah, SCRYPTS, Dante Chen, Oro Mensah and Bryson Montana.
- Tyler Bate defeated Von Wagner
- Elektra Lopez defeated Valentina Feroz
- Eddy Thorpe defeated Myles Borne
- Indi Hartwell defeated Ivy Nile and Sol Ruca to qualify for the ladder match for the NXT Women's Title
- Drew Gulak defeated Hank Walker
- Tony D'Angelo & Channing 'Stacks' Lorenzo defeated Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen
- Grayson Waller signed the contract to face Johnny Gargano at Stand & Deliver in an unsanctioned match
With Stand & Deliver set to take place from Los Angeles' Crypto.com Arena on Saturday 1 April, the above spoilers mean that the line-up for this latest NXT special now looks like:
- NXT Champion Bron Breakker vs. Carmelo Hayes
- Zoey Stark vs. Gigi Dolin vs. Tiffany Stratton vs. Lyra Valkyria vs. Indi Hartwell in a ladder match for the NXT Women's Championship
- NXT Women's Tag Team Champions Kiana James & Fallon Henley vs. Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn
- NXT Tag Team Champions Gallus vs. The Creed Brothers vs. Tony D'Angelo & Channing 'Stacks' Lorenzo
- NXT North American Champion Wes Lee vs. Dragon Lee vs. Ilja Dragunov vs. JD McDonagh vs. Axiom
- The Schism vs. Chase U & Tyler Bate for the control of Chase University
- Johnny Gargano vs. Grayson Waller in an unsanctioned match
It's worth noting that Roxanne Perez is reportedly now cleared from the medical issue that put her Stand & Deliver status in doubt, though the Prodigy is currently not involved at Stand & Deliver. Of course, Perez could easily be inserted into the ladder match in between now and Stand & Deliver, with the former Rok-C then defending her NXT Women's Title in that bout.
