Johnny Television/TV is #AllElite!

Or at least some newly-named version John Hennigan is, having returned on the June 23rd Rampage (taped after Dynamite on June 21st) as a heel alongside QTV against The Acclaimed and Daddy Ass.

The appearance wasn't a one-off either. PWInsider reported that he'd signed with the organisation and would be a part of things going forward. That report also provided the Television/TV surname, which is in keeping with the various different ones he's used in the various places he's worked over the last several years.

It's not the first time he's been a part of All Elite Wrestling. He'd previously gone by "Johnny Elite" for a series of select part-time dates for the company in 2022, working the May 18th 2022 episode of Dynamite as the Owen Hart Tournament's "joker" in defeat against Samoa Joe, and a May 27th edition of Dark where he was victorious over Marc Quen. His final one-shot with the group was a loss to Miro on the June 1st edition of Dynamite, but this return clearly marks something more permanent.

In getting the full time gig, Hennigan links back up with his real-life wife Taya Valkyrie, who signed on with the company in March.
