Taynara Conti Returns To NXT Wearing "Released" T-Shirt
NXT's women's division just got that little bit more competitive, again.
After reportedly walking out on the company in January due to a disagreement, Taynara Conti has returned to NXT.
Conti was said to have refused to work the Women's Battle Royal main event on the January 15 edition of NXT on USA. However, as of last night's live show in Fort Pierce, Conti appeared to be back on amicable terms with the company.
She was flaunting a 'Released' t-shirt, it has to be said. Nevertheless, she paired with MJ Jenkins and Jessi Kamea to take on the team of Aoife Valkyrie, Mia Yim and Rita Reis. She was on the losing side come the end of the match.
After signing with WWE back in 2016, Conti made her debut in 2017 and went on to appear in that year's May Young Classic, along with the 2018 version of the tournament. She also made an appearance in the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal at WrestleMania 34.
Conti's reemergence definitely bolsters an already stacked NXT Women's division and if she is prepared to fight for her place, she could definitely make a significant mark on arguably the strongest division WWE currently possess.
