This was a botch that took Holly out of action for a year. Lesnar tried to powerbomb Holly, but instead, dropped the midcard veteran directly on his neck. Holly was out for thirteen months, while Lesnar went on to dominate the WWE. 

Rumours circulated at the time that Holly had tried to sandbag Lesnar on the powerbomb. Holly has denied that emphatically, commenting that he would never endanger his own life in that way, and that Brock could throw him around at his will, anyway.
