Variety reports that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Kevin Hart are in talks to star in a remake of the family friendly 1995 classic Jumanji.

The film, based on the book of the same name, starred Robin Williams as Alan Parrish, a man who is inadvertently brought back to Earth by two young children after spending 26 years trapped inside a haunted board game. The children also let loose wild animals and other destructive forces on their small town, and they, Parrish, and friends must fix their mistakes.

Jumanji grossed $262.8 million on a $65 million budget, and also starred David Alan Grier, Kirsten Durst, and Bonnie Hunt.

This would potentially be the third project for Johnson and Hart, who earlier this month co-hosted the 2016 MTV Movie Awards and will star together in this summer's Central Intelligence, released June 17.

Despite his busy schedule, Johnson may have an allowance to film Jumanji. Variety is reporting that Rampage, starring Johnson and based on the video game of the same name, is possibly being postponed, offering the superstar time to film Jumanji this August in Honolulu.
