The Rock's Daughter Simone Johnson Signs With WWE
A fourth-generation WWE megastar for the future?
The Rock's daughter, Simone Johnson, has officially started training to become a pro-wrestler at the WWE Performance Center, the promotion has announced.
The writeup notes that Johnson is looking to become WWE's first ever fourth-generation wrestler, with her lineage including her great-grandfather 'High Chief' Peter Maivia,' grandfather Rocky Johnson, and of course her famous dad, Dwayne Johnson.
Speaking on her WWE signing, Simone said "it means the world to me. To know that my family has such a personal connection to wrestling is really special to me and I feel grateful to have the opportunity, not only to wrestle, but to carry on that legacy.”
"Simone's unbridled passion and incredible drive has earned her a coveted spot training with the elite athletes at the WWE Performance Center," added Triple H. “Not only does Simone now have an opportunity to cultivate and display her passion for WWE within the Performance Center, but she’ll carry on the tradition of her incredible family lineage while creating her own impact as WWE’s first fourth-generation Superstar.”

This isn't the first time Johnson has trained at the Performance Center, with a September 2018 report from Pro Wrestling Sheet claiming that she'd worked out there with the goal of following in her legendary father's footsteps.
