And while that ending is a bit much, its what happened immediately after that sent it spiraling into campy territory: Taker prayed in front of the hole in the ring, and fire burst out from underneath the ring. What is the implication? Had Edge literally been chokeslammed to hell? (Maybe it was through the portal Kane and Taker would use in the previous item.) Was he burned to a crisp? If Undertaker can make fire rise up through the ring, shouldnt he be considered a liability for a publicly traded company like WWE? Its just an absurd ending to a match, especially in this day and age.
