The Young Bucks File Interesting New AEW Trademark Application

Matt and Nick Jackson look to their past (and future) with new trademark filing.

The Young Bucks have filed an interesting new trademark application relating to their resumed alliance with new AEW rostermate Adam Cole.

Per the relevant United States Patent and Trademark Office listing, Matt and Nick Jackson's Killing the Business, Inc. are looking to trademark "SUPERKLIQ" with attorney Michael E. Dockins, doing so for the following purposes:-

IC 025. US 022 039. G & S: Hats; Pants; Shirts; Shoes; Socks; Bandanas; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts
IC 041. US 100 101 107. G & S: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personalities; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personalities; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personalities; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring professional wrestling and sports entertainment personalities in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes

SuperKliq was the name of Cole and the Jacksons' old Bullet Club/The Elite sub-faction prior to Adam signing with WWE in 2017. Used across ROH, NJPW, PWG, and other promotions, it looks like the Bucks are now seeking to revive it.

The Bucks and Cole are currently on the same roster for the first time in over four years. Debuting at All Out 2021 on 5 September, Cole has forged an immediate alliance with Matt, Nick, and the rest of The Elite, and will work his first match with the company (vs. Frankie Kazarian) on this week's episode of Dynamite.
