This AEW Star Wants To Work With WWE's Paul Heyman
Working with WWE's Paul Heyman would make this AEW wrestler "freakin' unstoppable".
Ricky Starks believes he'd be "freakin' unstoppable" if he worked with Paul Heyman on TV.
The current FTW Champion has come into his own on the AEW roster, but he told 'Superstar Crossover' that he's ready to take the next step towards main events in the company. Interestingly, especially due to the fact that Starks is already managed by Taz, the wrestler name-dropped WWE's Heyman as the ideal man to take him there.
Ricky said that he'd love to sit under Paul E's learning tree, because several of his friends who worked with Heyman called it a brilliant experience. He wants some of that, and reckons he'd reach his goals "a lot quicker" if Paul was in All Elite Wrestling.
Again, this is interesting. One has to wonder what Taz thinks of these comments!
Starks described himself as "a piece of clay" just waiting to be moulded, and thinks that never getting to work alongside Paul would be a real "missed opportunity" in his career. Yeah, Ricky might have to join Vince McMahon's company before that happens.
Heyman is likely happy where he is in WWE.
