Let it never be said that Natalya isn't a team player.

Per Fightful Select, WrestleMania 37's Tag Team Turmoil match was a product of the WWE veteran's campaigning, as Natalya had pushed for the company's women's division to have a stronger presence on the Show of Shows.

The lack of WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal at WM37 meant swathes of women would be missing out on an appearance at the biggest show of the year. Fightful's sources indicate that Nattie "pushed hard" for Tag Team Turmoil to feature on the pay-per-view itself, as the bout was originally supposed to go down on the pre-'Mania episode of SmackDown.

Natalya ended up winning Tag Team Turmoil alongside Tamina, with the duo falling to Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler on WrestleMania's second night.

As a result of Natalya's efforts, The Riott Squad (Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan), Dana Brooke, Mandy Rose, Lana, Naomi, Billie Kay, and Carmella all got to compete at WrestleMania. This chance may not have existed had Natalya not gone to bat for them.

The traditional Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal ended up taking place on the go-home SmackDown. There is no word on whether or not a women's equivalent was ever planned.
