Title Changes Hands At Latest IMPACT Wrestling Tapings (Spoiler)

If you're one of those who does indeed believe in the charismatic Scot, you'll be pleased to know that Joe Hendry is the new IMPACT Digital Media Champion.
In a match that will air at some point next month - either the 3, 10 or 17 November episode of IMPACT Wrestling - last night's IMPACT tapings from Las Vegas saw Hendry beat Brian Myers to take home the Digital Media Title. This marks Joe's first piece of gold with the Anthem promotion.

While it's not known when this bout will air, Myers will have held the Digital Media Championship for at least 125 days. As it stands, Matt Cardona holds the record for the longest reign with that belt, clocking in at 127 days. Thus, it may well be that Myers ultimately ends up breaking the record of his Major Players partner.
With Cardona now back in action after an injury lay-off, his return has seen him once again aligned with Brian Myers and the two have made it clear that they have the IMPACT Tag Team Titles - currently held by Heath and Rhino - in their sights.
As for Joe Hendry, he made his own return to IMPACT last month, with the 34-year-old having previously spent a good part of 2018 competing for the company.
