TNA: 5 Reasons Why Jeff Hardy Is Everything That Is Wrong With Professional Wrestling Today
5. Wrong Brother

Personally, I was an M'Fer back in the day. Although the rest of the world seemed to take to Jeff's high flying move set and unorthodox ring style, I myself as what some may call a "traditionalist," was blown away by Matt's mat skill (pun intended) and wrestling prowess. He could put on an actual "wrestling" match whereas his brother depended on single OMG moments to stun the crowd into a thunderous ovation. The thing about those OMG moments, a lot of time it slows the match right down as Jeff tends to have to recover from being a bit over zealous. It okay for that brief five seconds of adrenaline but the come down is a hard fall (for me anyway). A spot that takes a second to perform but takes 5 minutes to recover from is NOT good wrestling. Matt knows good wrestling. Matt knows how to work an opponent, whether as a heel or a face. His version one gimmick and his matches for the Cruiserweight championship were awesome. And apart from the Edge and Lita saga he was a consistently hard worker who put on stellar matches against whomever his opponent was at the time.
