Shawn Hernandez has reportedly parted ways with TNA adding to the ever increasing list of departures from the company. Hernandez has not been featured on TNA programming much this year but is a former 7 time tag team champion and was once a member of the ground breaking LAX tag team that looked to take the world by storm before the company inexplicably broke them up. Although he was often overshadowed by his former partner Homicide, Super Mex as he is sometimes known became a standout talent of his own showing amazing agility for such a big man. Where Hernandez will end up now his contract has expired is anybodys guess though his size would surely make him a possibility for WWE if his age doesnt go against him. If Vince and Triple H arent interested he will more than likely find his way into the fold with old boss Jeff Jarrett in Global Force Wrestling or even concentrate on his own promotion LWE (Latin Wrestling Entertainment) which has amassed a cult following in Texas. The loss of Hernandez further illustrates TNAs inability to keep its existing talent under contract with names ranging from Chavo Guerrero, AJ Styles, Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels all saying Adios in recent weeks. Rumour has it that even Kurt Angle may have wrestled his last match for the company and countless other names are said to be looking to get out. Whether this reflects on TNAs future is anybodys guess but from the outside looking in things dont look great in Dixieland. How do you feel about TNA in 2014?
