TNA and crazy. They kind of go hand-in-hand. They’re seemingly made for each other.
Despite a lot of negativity surrounding the product, the company has given us quite a few great moments over the years. They’ve delivered some stellar matches along the way, created some interesting storylines, and have introduced us to a lot of fun characters. But overall, it’s hard to ignore that TNA has done a lot of weird, strange, and absolutely baffling things.
It’s not just the fact that the company's name is “TNA”, but that is a nice, and troubling, starting point. It’s the fact that management has made a lot of odd business decisions, has experienced some serious lapses in judgment in talent decisions, and that they have a well-established, but not-so proud history of developing downright bats**t crazy match concepts.
Recently, they delivered one of the strangest match ideas they have ever come up with (or any wrestling promotion in history has for that matter) by essentially airing a Hardy Boyz mini-movie entitled: Hardy vs. Hardy: Final Deletion.
