ROH Acquisition Co., the company established ahead of the cult promotion's ownership transfer from Sinclair Broadcast Group, filed an application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on 6 May for the following purposes:-

Whether or not ROH will use this exact graphic as its logo post-reboot remains to be seen. Nonetheless, the application has been filed.
Tony Khan announced his purchase of Ring Of Honor live on AEW Dynamite's 2 March 2022 episode, with the deal closing on 4 May.
