Former TNT Champion Brodie Lee is reportedly suffering from a minor injury, according to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Forums.

After completely dominating Cody Rhodes to become the second TNT Champion in AEW history, Lee was defeated by Rhodes in the rematch last month and hasn't been seen on television ever since.

Now, Meltzer has stated that the star is currently off TV due to a minor injury, possibly to do with his ankle.

During his time away from Dynamite, Lee's Dark Order have been involved in a number of interesting encounters, with John Silver notably taking on Orange Cassidy at Full Gear. Yet, the unit admittedly has seemed a tad lost without their impressive leader.

During a recent appearance on the AEW Unrestricted podcast, Lee didn't mention that he was dealing with any specific injuries, leading many to wonder when they will see the "Exalted One" in an AEW ring again.

In 2020, Lee has challenged Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship, lifted the TNT title and overcome the likes of Orange Cassidy and Dustin Rhodes. Here's hoping we see him pick up where he left off soon enough.
