Dax Harwood is of the belief that his contract with AEW expires in April 2023 - and he and FTR partner Cash Wheeler are considering their options.

This is per Fightful Select, who spoke to Harwood ahead of this week's AEW Dynamite, on which he wrestles Bryan Danielson. Dax told the outlet that he had originally thought his contract was to elapse last year, though he now believes it is April.

FTR have had open conversations about their future in professional wrestling and are currently weighing up their options. Amongst them is potentially taking a year out of competing for big companies, instead "doing things that are fun to them," with Harwood claiming that working more independent shows and for a wider variety of companies have helped him and Wheeler realise how much they enjoy that scene.

Wheeler and Harwood have been with AEW since May 2020, debuting roughly one month after their WWE departures. The former Revival had been working for the market leaders on deals that would have expired that June anyway.

Currently holding the IWGP, ROH, and AAA World Tag Team Championships, FTR are also one-time AEW Tag Team Champions, reigning for 63 days in 2020.
