The outlet reported on Wednesday that Slamovich was offered a deal by the promotion after a strong performance opposite Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo at Knockouts Knockdown (taped on 17 September 2021). It was noted that IMPACT hoped to have everything finalised this week, with Fightful updating the post to confirm Slamovich's signing within a few minutes of publishing.

Slamovich, 23, has IMPACT appearances on her record as far back as June 2019, when she wrestled Jordynne Grace and Havok in separate one-on-one matches. Knockouts Knockdown 2021 was her first time back in the company since then.

Meanwhile, Slamovich has tweeted her reaction:-

The Russian athlete has been in the sport since 2016, but has emerged as one of the independent scene's breakout stars over the past 12 months or so. With promotions like Beyond, the NWA, and Hybrid on her resume, complementing multiple tours of Japan, Slamovich is considered amongst the most promising wrestlers on the scene at the moment, making her signing a considerable coup for IMPACT.
